My name is Brandi R Sutton, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 22 years of nursing experience, including 12 years in advanced practice. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio and is currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) to further advance my clinical leadership and contributions to the field.
I have a distinguished background in outpatient mental health services, where I specialize in delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care to diverse populations. I have a special interest in intellectual disabilities, trauma-informed care and PTSD. Before my advanced practice career, I proudly served 8 years in the United States Air Force within a medical squadron, cultivating expertise in leadership, resilience, and care delivery in high-pressure environments. That military foundation continues to shape my commitment to discipline, teamwork, and mission-driven service
Throughout my career, I have worked across correctional health, community-based programs, and outpatient psychiatric care, bringing a holistic approach to treatment that emphasizes compassion, empowerment, and measurable outcomes. Outside of my professional role, I enjoy attending sporting events, and spending quality time with my two young daughters, who inspire my commitment to family, balance, and community well-being
I look forward to the opportunity to work as a teammate on your journey to health and wellness.
