Healing isn’t always easy, but it’s also a powerful journey of rediscovery and growth.
As a First-Generation Sierra Leonean , I implement culturally-sensitive compassionate care grounded in the ethic of love. I proudly maintain my West African cultural values and also understand the layers of identity, culture, and resilience that shape others stories. Your story matters! If you’re willing to show up as you are, that’s all that matters. You deserve space to feel, reflect, and reconnect with your authentic self—at your pace, in your way. Let’s walk this path together as we share space, explore your depth, and honor your light!
I offer support for ages 6+ individuals dealing with inner child healing, grief, identity exploration, relational stress and trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is affirming, and authentic for all clients to feel seen, heard and valued. Together, we’ll explore your challenges, growth, and healing.
As a person and therapist, “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.” – Maya Angelou.
