No need for masks or faking the funk with me.
Hey hey! My name is Mya Hargrove. I am an empowering clinician who values a holistic approach to healing. I hold my Bachelors of Communication from University of NC at Greensboro and my Masters in Counseling from North Carolina A&T. I am deeply passionate about maternal and parental mental health and working with individuals and couples navigating transitional phases. My hope is to guide you towards finding clarity, peace, and well-being within yourself and in your relationships.
These techniques are designed to help you stay present and more aware of your feelings and actions. They are also great tools for building your confidence by focusing on your strengths and relationships all while encouraging you to create healthier, more supportive connections in your life. In a world where there is so much uncertainty and life's challenges seem too much to carry, everyone deserves a space where they can reflect, release, and heal.
I encourage all of my clients to be their authentic selves and I will do the exact same.
